Special Individual Subscription Rate, Canada:

These rates are for subscriptions used by one person; payment by personal credit card only; sent to a home address.

The journal is published quarterly (spring, summer, fall, winter) and is sold by volume year.

Electronic subscriptions at these rates are limited to use by one person via user name and password.

Electronic access will be activated by the journal on receipt of the subscriber's signed license agreement (click here to access and print out a copy of the license).

On receipt of a signed license agreement, the journal will ask the subscriber to choose a user name and password, and the subscription will be activated.

Orders are regarded as firm and payments are not refundable.

Canadian subscribers will be charged 6% GST.
