These rates are for subscriptions used by one person; payment by personal credit card only; sent to a home address.

The journal is published quarterly (spring, summer, fall, winter) and is sold by volume year.

Electronic subscriptions at these rates are limited to one user via Username and Password.

Electronic access will be activated by the journal on receipt of the subscriber's signed license agreement (click here to access and print out license).

Orders are regarded as firm and payments are not refundable.

Maryland subscribers will be charged 6% state sales tax.
